Prentice brings more than 25 years of experience in medical devices, building and scaling product management, sales, marketing, and clinical support teams.

Bern, Switzerland – October 1, 2023 – LEM Surgical AG, a surgical robotics start up based in Bern, Switzerland, today announced it has named Christopher Prentice as Chief Commercial Officer. Christopher brings more than 25 years of experience leading world-class medtech sales and marketing organizations focused on helping hospitals, clinicians, and clinical teams adopt advanced technology and improve the clinical experience and clinical outcomes. He will oversee the company’s product management, sales, marketing, and customer support organizations.

Most recently, Prentice served as CEO, Harmonic Bionics, where he led an organization in progressing a robotic rehabilitation platform from prototype to a commercially released product in three ½ years. Prior to this role, he served as Chief Commercial Officer of Mazor Robotics Ltd., a company focused on spine surgery robotics that was acquired by Medtronic in 2018. Prior to joining Mazor, Prentice held management roles at Johnson & Johnson, Intuitive Surgical, and Tampa General Hospital.
